"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity." Psalm 133:1. Did you notice that is says "together"? The Father and Jesus are in unity.

Christ is central in the church. Unity is important that the world may believe when they see our testimony. He reminded us that we have differences in culture, family names, positions, and relationships, yet that doesn't hinder us in having unity of the Spirit.

Together we are ambassadors of God. Unity is agreeing on what we believe. In the structure of the church we believe the work of our ordinations, accountability, headship order, baptism, communion, etc. is sound and Biblical.

There is a commitment of faithfulness to each other, to live daily with love and forgiveness to each other, and to have "gelassenheit" (giving up our own way) as needed, and above all, a view to honor and love our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are a privileged people to be a part of a God fearing church. Let's not take these blessings for granted.
